Privacy notice

Last updated 31 October 2026. This notice covers the public website and the waitlist.

What we collect

• Your email address, which is required to join the waitlist.
• Optional answers: what you trade, your timeframe, your broker and how you found us.
• Where you came from: the referral code and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you arrived on, and the first page you landed on.
• The consent you gave: the exact wording you agreed to, and when.

We don't store your IP address with your sign-up, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site. The calculators run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us.

Why we collect it

Email me about Zone Terminal's launch and early access. I can unsubscribe at any time.

We use your email to tell you about early access and the launch, and the optional answers to decide what to build first and where to invite people from. Your details aren't for sale or rent, and we don't share them with anyone except the service that stores them on our behalf.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase. Access is limited to the team running Zone Terminal.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase the data we hold about you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your sign-up deleted, reply to any of our emails or write to rohit30rohit30@gmail.com. We'll act on it within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after launch if you haven't taken up early access, whichever comes first.
