How BSE is measured

Zone Terminal tracks BSE on finished 5-minute candles. A Break of Structure needs a candle to close beyond a confirmed swing level; the last opposing candle before that move becomes the Order Block, kept only when a Fair Value Gap or a strong displacement confirms it. From there the terminal derives the zone (Z), the invalidation level and the next untouched liquidity pools.

This page describes measurements only. It is not a recommendation to trade BSE or any derivative on it.

BSE F&O: quick answers

What is the lot size of BSE?
One BSE F&O contract is 200 units in the current series, per the exchange contract master (last updated 01 Nov 2026). Lot sizes are revised periodically, so confirm against the latest exchange circular.
When is the next BSE expiry?
23 Nov 2026 (monthly). NSE contracts expire on Tuesdays; if that day is a trading holiday, expiry moves to the previous trading day.
Does BSE have weekly options?
No. Since SEBI's October 2024 measures, only NIFTY (NSE) and SENSEX (BSE) keep weekly options. BSE expires monthly.
